      Hi, yes sometimes it can be hard, especially when you don’t get the results you expect or want and you have to figure out what’s going on!

      I would say challenging is a better way to describe it. Some problems are hard to solve, but you use your experience to know what can solve the problem, then whether there is the time or the money to solve it that way is another story…
