Sorry for the delay in replying there was a problem with email notifications. To be honest I really am not too sure however what I would say is that the sports scientists we work with tend to have really strong knowledge in biology, human anatomy and physics – forces and levers etc. They also seem to have a good grasp of maths / statistics for reviewing data etc. There are really strong sports scientists coming out of a lot of UK universities at the moment, perhaps have a look at requirements for uni’s such as Loughborough, Bath, Portsmouth and work back from there
