I wish I hadn’t gotten so stressed at times, because everything worked out in the end. But not being stressed was never a decision I could make.

There are projects that you take one which don’t turn out well, and perhaps opportunities to don’t take because, at the time something else looks more interest, but I don’t regret any of those really. All decisions were made with the best information available at the time. I do wish I had the opportunity now to learn computer programming and more statistics, though. I struggle to find the time now but they’d be really useful!

I have regrets about not doing more, but that’s a classic one: there is always more that could have been done, but you never know if doing it would have actually brought about a better outcome.

Example: I could have done more programming during my undergraduate degree. It sounds good on the surface, but I would have probably missed out on a lot of things as well, from socializing to spending more time reading around.
