Question: how did you get intrested in zoologiy

My parents gave me a book on animal diversity when I was about five – and it just stemmed from there. I was amazed how rich and exciting the animal kingdom can be, and I wanted to know more. I found it fascinating that there are so many animals looking similar even though they are found in completely different places. It seemed that there was a never-ending stream of possibilities of what to study!
