Question: what inspires yuo most about you work

Hmm, this is a difficult question! The people I work with inspire me: working with ex-soldiers who have lost their limbs at war is incredibly humbling and inspiring. As a group they are determined and motivated and refuse to be limited because they’ve lost their legs. Some are even Paralympic medal winners! Their determination and strength inspires me to do the best I can to help improve their quality of life (and it gives me a kick up the backside when I’m being lazy and taking the lift rather than walking up the stairs to my office!)
