Question: What makes it interesting teaching other students maths and programming?

Firstly, I find maths and programming interesting myself – that definitely helps! I love teaching because I like helping people develop new skills and the confidence to be able to do it. My favourite thing to teach is programming because there’s much more there to develop in terms of personal confidence and skills because of the different applications etc. There’s a less strict syllabus. It’s also a nice break from the days when I sit at my desk alone working on something – I like the variety!
